It will sprout several new tops and each stalk will bloom as profusely as the single stock would have, thus multiplying the magnificence of this flower. You will greatly increase the amount of blossom, the plant will not attain as much height, but the added blossom makes up for it. I leave some of the plants closer to the center of the bed alone where more height is desired.
