Although a native Australian moth feeding naturally on Epilobium species, this moth has taken a liking to Grape Vines and Virginia Creeper and we find their caterpillars in large quantities on both our grapes and our Virginia Creeper and we are less than pleased that this is a very common day-flying moth to see in the garden
