Looks like a crawfish to me. They are delicious! Not kidding! We here in Louisiana and other southern states in the US eat them, on average about 5 pounds per serving for the average person and others who really enjoy them 10 to 20 pounds at a time.
Boil them with potatoes, corn and other vegetables and sausage), season them with "Crab Boil" commercial preparations found at the grocery store. Maybe we eat enough of them that they are not considered pests around here.
