Zebra spiders are highly common to the Pacific Northwest! Tiny, their white stripes actually connect around the abdomen. They seem curious sorts of spiders, investigating with their hops and jumps. Fortunately, human beings are too big to be prey. Still, highly unnerving when they jump on your clothing! They prey on all sorts of insects, so are helpful to the garden.
