According the University of Florida IFAS Extension and Pinellas County Extension the one with the yellow head is Myllocerus undatus - Sri Lanka Weevil. Artipus floridanus has a grey head.

Larva and pupa feed on roots, adults on leaves. Introduced into Miami in 2000 and are spreading.
