I live in Southeast Ct, very new to the area having been raised in SE Pa and moving up to NYC for a few years. My current zone is 6ish....but our property is an old stone barn built in to a boulder with rocks all over the property- so it is more like zone 5. There are old (120 years+) pathways amongst trees/evergreen shrubs throughout the property. I have done perennials design in the past, over a decade ago and I have forgotten so much. I am now living with old gardens with limited flowering (only Rhodedendrons, Azaleas and Hostas). I am looking forward to a vast project and cannot wait to hear the ideas of other gardeners. Thanks!
