A West Coaster for decades, I now live in beautiful Tennessee adjacent to acres of woods. My property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat, a registered Monarch Waystation, and a Certified Pollinator Habitat. I'm a bird lover, a National Audubon Society Panel Member, an animal welfare advocate, and a bit of an eco-warrior. I have an undergrad degree in European History, and an M.A. in Behavioral Science. I'm a member of the Lady Freethinker Giving Circle and a Kentucky Community Scholar. You can find my articles in The Soundz of Eretz Israel in America (UCLA School of Music), The National Gardening Association website, Issaquah (WA) Garden Club Bulletin, Gold Hill (CO) website, and NautiNews Magazine of Kentucky Lake. Wanderlust has taken me to Israel, up into the Golan Heights, Ukraine, Russia, Chernobyl, England, France, Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, Belize, El Salvador, and through the Panama Canal. I've climbed ancient Mayan ruins, hiked the Ein Gedi wilderness, and floated in the Dead Sea. Along the way, I've seen some spectacular gardens.
