My 2 true plant loves are lilies and daylilies. However, there are very few plants I don't try to grow. I love the lush look of the tropicals and the romantic appeal of the roses. Being from Iowa one of our favorite sayings is 'Don't like the weather? Just wait a few minutes and it'll change!' My theory on gardening is a very simple one and I really do live by it: 'A Garden: never finished always a work in progress.' My husband likes to add: because, when it's done, you'll change it to suit you!' May all your gardening challenges bring new knowledge and a renewed love of growing things.
