Recently relocated from Northern Virginia to New Jersey. Slowly learning my way around the Garden State. Speaking of Garden State, does anyone know why NJ is called this? Nobody here seems to know. Did you also know that you can't pump your own gas here? Odd, huh? Okay, back to the topic at hand. I've been gardening for the last ten years. Gardening is more then a hobby for me, it's a passion! I'm a true to life plant 'geek'. Not to be confused with a 'plant snob' *grin* I'm always in search of odd and uncommon plants. I have a recent addiction with brugmansias. I also have a passion for hostas, native woodland plants, sempervivums, and water lotus. Who am I kidding, I've not come across many plants that I don't like!
