I am a "garden addict", anything to do with gardening, especially Tropicals, flowers, seeds, organic pest control, composting etc. I liked to play in the dirt when I was younger (and a "tomboy") and I'm older and I still love to play in the dirt! Other interests/hobbies include: reading, counted-cross stitch, camping (we have a Fifth-Wheel RV that is permanently situated and I also have many gardens there, including a "Tree Garden" containing trees that I grew from seeds/saplings), I love t-shirts w/zany sayings, shopping @ thrift stores, collecting old and/or different salt & pepper figurines, pressing/drying flowers, kitty and beagle figurines, and cooking. DH and I have a DS, DD (both grown-up and have homes of their own---more gardens I can have fun in :)and "THE GIRLS"...our spoiled-rotten beagles Molly, Maggie and will soon have a 3rd girlie/beagle, Copper, whom we will be adopting/rescuing asap. We also have Dusty, 'the kitty', who reigns over the girls :) We are hoping to retire by 2017/2018 and will head south! Then, I hope to have a greenhouse; possibly even a little nursery...
