My first flower after 10 years of having the plant! Four hours of direct sunlight and fertilizing seems to be the key to this plant. Either that or it just likes my work cubicle window sill better than home.

Hoya (carnosa) Rope - 2 yrs. old, 5-6 in. long at purchase, 4 ft. 6 in. long now, kept indoors @ 60° + up

Wax plant flower bud prior to blooming. Plant grew from cut I got from a friend!
